Right of Revocation

You may cancel your online order at any time within a period of fourteen days from receipt of order without giving reasons.

To exercise the right of revocation you have to notify us in writing (letter, fax or email to: A·P·E Angewandte Physik & Elektronik GmbH, Plauener Str.  163 – 165, Haus N, 13053 Berlin, Germany, Phone:  +49 30 986011 - 30; Fax:  +49 30 986011 - 333, Mail: sales@ape-berlin.de) with your explicit declaration of your decision to revoke the contract  or by returning the items to A·P·E, if the items have been received within the period specified above.

You may use the linked revocation form.

However, the right to cancel does not apply to

1) Custom-made items – items which are tailored to your own specifications;
2) Sealed items which have been unsealed.

Consequences of revocation

In case of a valid revocation, we have to refund all payments, we received from you, including the original shipment costs (with the exception of the costs which occurred because you chose another kind of shipment divergent to our standard shipment to destinations outside Germany) without delay and at least within fourteen days from the date we received your declaration of revocation. For this refund we use the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless something else is declared explicit. In no event you will bear the costs for the repayments.

We may refuse the refund of payments until we have received the items or you have provided the proof you have returned the items back to us. Depending on what is the earliest date.

You have to send back or transfer the items without delay and in any case and at least within fourteen days from the day, you notified us with your declaration of revocation. The deadline is met in case you have sent back the items within the period of fourteen days before the deadline.

You have to bear the direct costs of transferring the items back to A·P·E.

You have to compensate for possible obsolescence of the items in case you caused this obsolescence by handling them in a way which was not necessary to proof the condition, the characteristics and functionality of the items.
